A native of Fargo, ND, Annie moved to Minneapolis in 1996. She was a classically trained pianist at a young age, then moved on to electric guitars and drums in high school. She is an avid record collector who's been in a bunch of rock and roll bands; most recently the God Damn Doo Wop Band, Awesome Snakes, and The Soviettes with whom she toured the United States several times, co-wrote a handful of singles, and three full length albums (two for Billie Joe Armstrong [of Green Day]'s Adeline Records, and one for "Fat Mike" [of NOFX & Me First and the Gimme Gimmes]'s Fat Wreck Chords in San Francisco, CA).

Annie continues to appear as a guest vocalist for bands locally and nationally (Building Better Bombs, The Methadones), as well as lending her talents to agencies such as BWN, and stepping outside of the Rock and Roll box to compose music in many genres. Through it all, she has been privy to some of the best albums, bands, and live concerts, which makes her a great addition to our staff.  She is really good at everything. And also totally full of shit.
